Estate & Long-Term Care Medicaid Planning Workshops
Legal Resources for the Elderly Program (LREP) presents monthly clinics on issues related to Probate, Nursing Home Care, Powers of Attorney and Advanced Health Care Directives. Attorneys are available at these clinics to answer questions like the following, and more:
Can my estate avoid probate?
Who will pay for my nursing home care?
What are Powers of Attorney (POA) and Advanced Health Care Directives (AHCD)?
A Legal Workshop and information session is scheduled first, followed by a Power of Attorney Clinic where attorneys assist with preparation of powers of attorney and advanced health care directives.
You must register ahead of time for the Power of Attorney Clinic.
